trying to remember a game

16-07-2011 8:35am#1Hi guys, not sure if this should be here or in arcade or retro, feel free to move.
Basically i had flashback this morning to a walkthrough I used to have in one of my many playstation magazines and since I've started collecting games I wanted to play as a kid, i want to see if I can get it as well.
Here's what I can remember
It's a fighting game where one character is an angry taxi driver and another has an extraordinarily cheap shot of using a shotgun to take off half your life. I'm 99% sure it was for the original playstation too
Does this sound familar to anyone? its wrecking my head
