Hi, I used boards before and got some good information, so I'm trying again. I have a right of way through a farmers field which is to narrow for modern machinery like the silage baler and rapper. I've tried all sorts of enticements with the farmer to let me widen the gates but he wont budge. I was in the land registry…

Hi,
I used boards before and got some good information, so I'm trying again. I have a right of way through a farmers field which is to narrow for modern machinery like the silage baler and rapper. I've tried all sorts of enticements with the farmer to let me widen the gates but he wont budge.
I was in the land registry recently and was told I could apply to get the right of way upgraded for modern machinery, but this is the only source that I have heard this from. has anybody heard of such a thing or read anything relating to this ?
Would help a lot if you did
