I'm just wondering if anyone's been in to it yet? http://www.galleryofphotography.ie/exhibitions/the_long_view.html I finally made it today, and really loved it. Some bits more than others :) Just wondered what everyone else thought..

Its been my favourite bit of the festival by a long shot. Martin Parr was terrific today too.

I saw it yesterday, some excellent stuff there, the Ghost Estate and Gulf series' were probably my personal favourites. Both great, simple concepts, superbly executed. I was disappointed not to see more of the crashed plane series, and the one that was there seemed a bit of an afterthought in where it was placed, but a great shot nonetheless.

It's the only part of the festival I've seen yet, any recommendations for some others?

I enjoyed it, as you say some more than others.

Not so much a fan of the current trend that everything has to be the size of the gable of a house though

The Books in the National Photograpic Archive are definitely worth a visit. Some stunning stuff.
