Alexanders on Parnell street are selling off a load of debs dresses for 99 euro! Don't know what exactly they have left, but they had loads and loads a few weeks ago! Saw them when picking up my wedding dress :D!

St. Stephen's green shopping centre has a shop called Julien with some nice stuff in it, but very often it's not showed off to it's best so if you go, go in with an open mind and imagine stuff on you before dismissing it. Outside the centre there's an Oasis and a Coast which should have debs dresses down the end of the shop.

If you are looking to buy on the day, I wouldn't recommend Costume near Castle Market. Went in, tried on an amazing dress, seen the price tag of €695 and left. Found the dress later that night on the Internet, got it shipped from America to a friends house in Boston, to Ireland for a third of the cost (I think it came to about €200 including the flowers my mom sent to the friend :D).

That being said, you can try on dresses in Costume as I did (they have some great designers) and try to find them online in American stores for half the price including shipping.

Alila off Grafton Street I think should have debs dresses in but it wasn't really my style when I was looking so I didn't go in. Julien as true-or-false said is good, but it's a small store so choice can be limited and is constantly changing.

In all honesty though you will find yourself wondering back streets but the best dresses are usually found in some small boutique :)

Keep in mind, you can try on a dress, note the designer and the size on the tag and then Google it. Stores like Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus sometimes ship to Ireland and I've found have better deals on dresses if you can track the one you want down.

Hi, hope the following are of use to you.

On North Earl Street (just next to the Spire!) there is a new shop open that has some nice and decently priced debs dresses.

On Grafton Street, you can try Monsoon (I personally got mine there, although it's a little pricey if you're on a budget), Pamela Scott's (have to wade through some auld women sh!te to get to the nice stuff but they have some beautiful stuff), Julien in Stephen's Green Shopping Center (they go up to a size 14 as far as I remember so if you're a little bigger steer clear because it might be an ego burst!).

Debenhams on Henry Street do debs dresses. Another shop on Henry street called Sugarbabe do debs dresses, although they're a little... er... I don't want to be mean so I'll say "flashy"

A BRILLIANT shop just a short walk out of town on Dorset Street called Wicked Frills is probably my favourite place to shop for debs dresses.
