Submitting a Tax Return

Need some help. My husband is a PAYE employee but also runs a very small farm. So he has to submit a tax return every year and a local accountant has always done this for him at a charge of 475 euro. His farm accounts is very small and last year he got about 400 euro tax refund but that didnt even cover the cost of the accountant. So .. I was wondering is it possible to submit your own accounts and is it very difficult. I am good with computers but have no knowledge of taxation etc.

Is there any websites that would guide me through it and advise on what I need to be claiming for etc. Or would I be better off sticking with the accountant??
