Your best bet is to buy phone credit worth €10. - You lose the € 1.97

3V is avoucher for spending money online - Not for transferring to Bank A/c
You can transfer money from Paypal to Bank A/c , but not from 3V to Bank A/c .

When you bought a 3V voucher , the money was always on 3V - not in Paypal .
You only linked the 3V voucher number to Paypal to complete a transaction.

Could I wait and use the money in a few months?

You can use it until it expires. You cannot put money from a credit card into Paypal.

Wrong actually. You can transfer money from your 3v voucher to your bank account. Ive dont it plenty of times

Takes about 7-15 days to arrive!

You just have to add you bank account on the 3v website and then go onto your vouchers and click transfer remaining funds to bank account

Thanks for that Dr .Dre , - I am so used to been wrong now that it just rubs off me .

I dont personally use 3V , but I know a few guys that use it and they were not aware that they can t/f the unused balance to bank account .

Even though it is quite visible on the 3V website . !
