I am in my early twentys and have set up my own business as i knew the place i was previously working was on the brink of closing down. It took alot of courage as doing everthing by the books means i will never be able to claim anything from social welfare, medical card even.

its a very small business, i took on a girl i know just to work 1-3 days a week, i pay her prs1 and pay her through the books.

A girl i know, who i also know is in receipt of rent allowance, single parent allownace and many other claims has set up the same business, descretely about one mile away from mine, its hidden just off the main road and is on her boyfriends parents property. She is paying the girl who works for me cash in hand on days she needs her, even though i am paying her through the book when i need her!

I am so frustrated as im losing clients to this girl because she is charging so much cheaper because she has no tax rent or rates fees. and has all these other incomes from social welfare. its putting me out of business. I really want to report her because its just not right.

How can i report her to the social welfare?

her boyfriend lives with her and their child and he is in fulltime work with his fathers company. yet they are claiming single parent and rent allowance.

I would not care only that its affecting my business!!

please tell me what i can do about this??
