    Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice on redundancies.
I am due to receive redundancy soon and I just wondered if the amount I am receiving is what I am actually due?
I have worked with the company for 12 years however I spent 18 months on a 3-day week. I am aware that I will receive 2 weeks payment for each year worked but I wondered if i am due any extra payment for the 18 month period in which i spent on a 3 day week.
I did receive Job benefit during this 18 month period.

I will be grateful for any advice on this
    Thank you for your time..

No, you get nothing extra for those 18 months; in fact it may lower how much you get depending on when it was.

You are wrong, the redundancy will be calculated on the years of employment and statutory payment is based on €600 per week or the actual amount paid weekly, whichever is less.

No, you are wrong; redundancy is paid based on your actual salary with a cap of 600 EUR per week, hence being on reduced pay can affect the actual redundancy unless you ask on a regular basis to be put back on full time.
The amount of statutory redundancy is subject to a maximum earnings limit of €600 per week (€31,200 per year).

Pay refers to your current normal weekly pay including average regular overtime and benefits-in-kind, but before tax and PRSI deductions, that is your gross pay.
