Came across this coming home from work just wondering how you go through it, its hard to see in the picture but there is a road going directly left from so do you not need to signal going through the second road on the left? hope this makes sense:)

I would still signal on approach even if taking the second road. For the purpose of following traffic, you are effectively still making a left turn, i.e. slowing down and turning to the left off the road. The thing you'd have to be careful of is traffic waiting to emerge from that second road - they may see you indicating left and think you are going hard left, but they'll have no sure way of determining where exactly that you are going so they probably won't emerge!
