    Hi all,

    Rising Phoenix Martial Arts Academy has recently opened in Loughlinstown Co. Dublin. Specialising in Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts instruction from experienced instructors Rising Phoenix offers classes at affordable prices and is easily accessed via the no.7 bus route which goes straight to our doorstep. Our training facility offers a massive caged wall, bag area, matted out training area and top notch equipment.

    The chief instructor Owen Dempsey has been involved in Mixed Martial Arts for many years as well as holding a black belt in Kickboxing, Kenpo Karate and a Purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Chris Brennan.

    Rising Phoenix also offers women's only kickboxing class taught by secondary instructor Kevin Murdock (An instructor under Owen) who has held national kickboxing titles as well as being involved in wrestling and brazilian Jiu Jitsu for many years also.

    Rising Phoenix prides itself under the motto 'train hard, fight harder' and has established itself in a short time as 'the go to place' to do some good old fashioned hard training with a family like atmosphere where everyone is welcome.

    I'd point out here that there is already a kickboxing club in Loughlinstown Leisure centre (50 metres from this place) thats been there for over 20 years!and we also teach ladies only and juniors

    Best of luck with it lads,Owen is well resected in the kickboxing world hopefully we'll get some new sparring partners in your students!icon7.gif

    Absolutely! :) we wanted to create a training facility that can be used at all times and is open to everyone, including other clubs. If you are looking for any class times that the leisure centre doesn't have available let us know.
    I see a few sparring days in the near future!
