I owe my ex girlfriend a large some of money, when we split we agreed i would pay her back when i complete college. She now wants to get an agreement signed legally which i dont have a problem with but she cant afford a solicitor and i am on social welfare so i should qualify to get free legal aid. How would i go about getting such an agreement done legally that wont cost me any money, any advise would be much appreciated

    Lol sign fúck all mate!

Free Legal Aid is only available for criminal trials. There is the Free Legal Advice Centre I think that might give you general advice but they won't draft up something like this for you... Go see a solicitor.
