Your best bet is to hire the services of a Mechanical enginner or building services enginner to help you. He will be able to draw up a schematic to tie up the different services. It would be tricky to do properly and you would need a profesional with the knowlage to do so. There are plenty of companies out there a couple spring to mind ARUP, McCarddleMcSweeny and im sure there are loads of independants also. Have you tried to Google it?

Either way make sure you hire the right person. A good installer will then be able to put it in once a schematic has been drawn up.
