Hi everyone, sorry if this bores the trousers off you but I just had to share with someone before I told absolutely everyone in work, boring them to tears!!
Wedding is 3 weeks away, I've been working my socks off for the last few months eating really, really, really well and exercising, attending exercise classes etc to loose weight. But the last month or so, I haven't seen any movement on the scales even though I've been doing more than ever and have been getting very disheartened about the whole thing, finding my motivation slipping away. But, tried on the dress last night for what was supposed to be my final fitting and it's too loose and needs to be taken in a smidgen!! Delighted!!!!! The work is paying off after all!!!! :D:D:D

Ah thats brilliant well done! Your hard work paid off!
Im the same , wedding in 6 weeks, working my heart out at the gym have managed to loose 8 inches (all over) but the past month is so hard, ive not lost anything, its so disappointing feels like so much hard work for nothing!!!
Not giving up though, I will keep going and hope for a last minute kick start again!
