Hi guys, can someone recommend a good beginners course, on investing in the stock market.

An ebook or video course would suit best.

    Cheers.

    Hi,

Can i ask what your current level of knowledge is?

The title mentions reading but your post asked for a beginners course.

I'd recommend improving the knowledge base with good books before seeking out an investment course (most of which are expensive and very hit n miss in terms of quality).

This book isn't very technical but seems to be getting good reviews: Free Capital. A sort of run down of how private investors turned their savings into million pound fortunes, mostly they are long term and have no leverage. Won't teach you how to do it but may show you the correct approach.

I ordered this from Amazon the other day and am looking forward to reading it.

You can find an interview with the author, Guy Thomas, talking about the book and his own investment strategies here.
