Im new to this page so be patient if im in the wrong section guys. Just wondering how this situation affects the jobseekers benefit. If a licensed hunter shoots deer and rabbits and sells the animals to a gamedealer and receives money for this act does this mean hes claiming jobseekers illegally or should he/she declare this small income on the occasion when paid by the butcher? if its not on a regular basis how this be seen as fraud?

I imagine talk to them. It will probably be seen as part-time earnings and an adjustment might be made. The important bit is to declare it.

Is the game dealer recording these transactions ie for his books, ect. If a person is out hunting can they be considered available for and actively seeking work?
