    RunIreland webpage
    Course

I didn't see any thread for this race but thought I'd add it in in case anyone else ran it tonight.

Excellent course with barely an uphill incline - Definite PB territory as it proved for me tonight. Lovely evening for it.
Registration was simple and quick - only €12 on the evening.
Plenty of parking also at Kinnegad GAA clubhouse.

Nothing negative at all about it from my perspective.

Hopefully I'll be back again next year!

Had been hoping to do this one myself. Seeing other times on that list I'm raging now that I didn't. Cracking time for you, sounds like one to consider next year.

Yip, granted there was no wind as such to speak of but I managed about a minute faster than Donore 5k (which was windy) a few weeks ago.

Great course and well organised - thumbs up! Very good value.
Knew I was up against speedsters, so when our as hard as I could. Got a lead on the third km and thankfully was just about able to hang on ...

Yes saw them last night thanks but would have been nice to get a copy when one was asked for as with other chip timeing this would never be a problem but never mind & well done to all involved.

Ha, from doing results many times for races, I can tell you straight out to forget about trying to get a printout of results just after the race!!! The results people are usually under mega stress trying to work out who won what age groups, then go do prize giving, then go home and get them in the right format to upload to the internet for everyone to see, they certainly do not have time to look after one person!

Well you havn't been to many races then! precision timeing have them straight away & even give them out to plenty of people not just one person!!!!! Didnt realise they were under such mega stress like you I have been involved in many races & have never felt under pressure or stressed out maybe you should let somebody else do thr job!!!

I've never heard of anyone asking for a printout of results at the finish line. Why would you want a printout of results?
