    Hi

I only came out as BI to my friends and x mas and I am finding it really hard. Waterford has one "gay" bar and most of the girls in there are straight.

I am finding it really hard to meet up people and start exploring the BI side of me and chat to others in the same boat.

How does every body else get out to meet people??

    @ the OP

Good old Waterford eh? Dignity is a heap of crap, I'll agree. Everyone in there is either entrenched in the scene or else they're straight. I hate the place. I really can't anwser your question, because I found the best way for myself to find queer folks with similar interests to my own was to go to college. :(

I do wish there was more to "the scene". I can't stand it!

Ye dignity really sucks and i 28 so no college for me lol, it get so frustrating that there is no proper scene

Personally, I've found the best thing to do is to go with the flow in Waterford. It being slow does have the advantage that you are more likely to know someone who knows someone. Be patient and let the queers come to you! :)

The bar beginning with a G and ending in f's. sounds like guffs, or ref's. y'know the one ;)

(actually if you know what you're looking for you will find them just about everywhere, but I've met a few in the above although I will admit most of the people who go there are well over the age of 21)
