Hi there, query I'm really worried about. I'm waiting on my social welfare job seekers allowance to come through, it's already been a couple of months. anyway they did a house visit today when I was actually there, but at 10am, and my housemate thought I was gone for some reason and told her I wasn't there. Thing is I had already booked a ticket to go to Dublin tomorrow morning for a week to hand out CV's there and see about a job, I was also going to visit a few friends and talk to a recruiter. Thing is, I really want this Dole to go through, and I'm really worried they'll call a few times in the next week and decide I don't live there and pull my payment. Can I call them in the morning and explain that, and is that acceptable? Also, does anyone know if they miss you do they normally call again at 7am the next morning, I was going to get the train at about 6am, but if I was fairly sure they would call again at that time I'd miss it and get a later time. I'm really stretched now and really just need it to go through.
