I think it means that you get the difference between 139 and the max payment you would get.

On second page of this means letter you got towards the end of it .... it will say how much you will be deducted for every day you work.

I think how this works is your weekly means from your employment is €139.
This means your daily means are 139/6 = 23.17.
So for every day you work, 23.17 is deducted from your full welfare payment.

cee jay that is very little deducted even on jsb with full rate it would be 188 divided by 6 which is about €31 something, unless op is claiming for adult dependant or child dependant

But there would be no means on a JSB claim?
It would have to be allowance.
I think the means letter that issues shows the weekly amount of the means, and there is a daily figure as well which as you said is on the second sheet. This is the amount deducted per day worked.

My understanding would be that for everyday OP works they will get €23 something per day.

Until OP lets us know what is on the 2nd page we cant really know what she will get for every day she does not work.

sorry for taking so long to post... had a bit of an accident... that means for every day you work €32 will be deducted from I presume €188 if you are over 25
