Cadence Sensor

Do many people use these? I've just bought an Edge 500 bundle which included this and haven't fitted it yet as I'm not sure that I would benefit much from it. I do use the HR monitor and it just gives me another graph to look at. I have looked at the zones info and to be honest don't really take much notice of what's going on there. I prefer to just ride to my comfort level.
    Any advice welcome

At the very least the cadence sensor will help to normalise the speed and distance travelled as it also includes a magnet + sensor for the rear wheel. With the cadence and HRM you can also train better within effort zones by visually keeping pedalling effort constant.
