Good pub/club to hit tonight

Have a friend visiting tonight, she's moving away next week and we;re hoping to hit the town in style tonight any recommendations on pubs/clubs to hit - we;re generally not fans of angel lane (just not our scene) any good late bars or are there any mid-week? or will it be icon? thanks! :D

Nancy Blakes, great band there every second wednesday called The Guests. The bar stays open until 2. What more do you need in this weather
