Creative Zen Driver

Hi all, daughter has an old Creative Zen mp3 with loads of music. We have lost the disk to go with it and cannot back up the music to a hard drive. Its pretty old and we are worried it will die soon taking the music with it. I have searched the Creative site and can get updates for it but not the original driver. Not sure…

Not sure of the model, no number on back but we think it was possibly the first Zen, its pretty large and heavy. Any sugggestions or anyone got a old driver disk we can borrow.

Can you get a picture of the player so we know which zen you mean ?
