    The trouble is that there is currently no planning permission to build on the island of 14.5 acres. There are also no roads and the island is only accessible by foot in low tide and any potential buyers and visitors “are advised to exercise caution in visiting the island and to have due regard to tide times which are available via the BBC website”.
    But while all that may be putting you off, bizarrely, you could be entitled to commission your own postage stamps.
