Hi all, maybe someone can help answer some questions on Crest Whitening Supreme strips. Can you use the upper and lower strips at the same time or do they have to be used separately? Also I ordered enough strips for 14 days, just to try them. Someone told me not to use again for 6 months. Is this right or can you use as…

Yeah, I did use them. I thought they were great. Not only did they whiten but they made my teeth really shiny. I loved them.
