Hi everyone, I ordered a few things from a marketplace seller on Amazon UK. I presumed that they would be coming from the UK because they have a UK returns address and a stand alone website which is .co.uk. Anyway they were dispatched today from America but the lady said they were sent by royal mail and that I shouldn't…

Hi everyone, I ordered a few things from a marketplace seller on Amazon UK. I presumed that they would be coming from the UK because they have a UK returns address and a stand alone website which is .co.uk.

Anyway they were dispatched today from America but the lady said they were sent by royal mail and that I shouldn't get caught for customs because they 'customs clear in the UK'......what exactly does that mean?
