Hi I booked an apartment with Hotels4U who stated on the overview page that customers of the apartments could use the facilities at the hotel of the same name next door and there was no mention of a charge to do so. Today Hotels4U emailed me to say that due to renovations the pool at the apartment block would not be available during our stay and we could use the pool at the hotel for an extra charge of €40 per adult and €30 per child per day . They apologised as this was not clear on the overview of my time of booking but said they have now updated their web page now, which they have i've checked. My question is do they have a legal obligation to honor the information given at my time of booking these apartments. As there is no way I am paying €140 a day for 2 adults and 2 kids to use a pool . Any advise would be very much appreciated.
