Customs from Norway?

I'm looking at getting something delivered from Norway. It's a 2nd hand guitar worth a few hundred quid. Norway aren't in the EU, so will I have to pay customs on it when it's coming in? Customs can be expensive and it will really increase the cost of this for me if I have to pay the extra charges.
I did a quick search and couldn't find a definitive answer and I wasn't sure which forum to put it in so I picked here.

You are liable to pay VAT on it as its outside the EU and duty if valued above €150 which I presume it is. VAT is also applied to the postage costs.

Thanks, I know the charges I'll have to pay as I've paid them importing music equipment from the US before. I was kind of hoping that Norway might be different de to it's location in Europe.

Norway, although not part of the EU, are still part of the EEA, and afaik you shouldnt be charged
