Hi i recently Bought a Roxio Game capture Device , But my Desktop is not good enough to run the software and capture device at the same time , CPU runs @ 100% when i try .

So i was thinking of selling my PC and upgrading to a newer one on a low budget , Here are the specs .

    Current PC specs
    Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo p
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.20 GHz
    2gb Ram
    150 Gb Hard Drive
    Asus , AH3450 Video Card , 1080p HDMI
    Windows 7 Proffesional

    Needed Specs
    Microsoft Windows® 7, Vista™ SP2, XP (SP3 for 32 bit & SP2 for 64 bit), Intel® Core 2 Duo Processor 1.8 GHz or AMD Athlon x2 64 2.0 GHz, 2GB RAM
DirectX® 9.0c compatible graphics card or higher, sound card
2GB free hard drive space for installation. 10+ GB free recommended for video recording.
Windows Media Player 11 or higher
    Internet explorer 7 or 8
Internet connection required for capture, registration, product updates and tutorials. Any Internet charges are the user's responsibility
    One available USB 2.0 port

    Newer PC
    Processor: 2 x Intel 64-bit Xeon HT 2.8Ghz
    Memory: 2GB (2,048MB) RAM
Hard Drive: Brand new 500GB SATA II Drive
    Optical Drive: DVD-ROM drive
    Graphics Card: ATi Radeon HD4350 512MB PCI-E

Would this pc be good enough to run The capture card and software .
Im a bit of a noob when it comes to this sort of thing . Thanks for any help .

how much would your budget be if you sold your old comp?
and how much is this newer pc your looking at?
