Been working for Citi now for 4 months in Belfast.

I went in as a graduate and it hadnt been too bad but Citi will get more out of you then you get out of them. Be prepared to put in extra hours and be on call at weekends (and most people dont get overtime) but that is just my dept. I know other depts are just 9-5 (lucky fúckers) so it depends.

You have to be with them a year before you can go for other positions within Citi as I was invited an interview for a position in Dublin (I had applied before I had started) and I was told I could not go for the interview.

As for the interview, know as much as possible about Citi even down to their current stock listing.
