Sorry this has properly been asked loads of times, but anyway

I'm 22, been out of work for nearly 3 years, was on JSB for about 9 months a a year and half ago but my credits ran out so never applied for JSA because did not think i would get it,

I then applied for JSA month ago and the inspector is saying i properly wont be able to get it.

I am accepted into a PLC course starting in sept 11.

Am i eligible for BTEA even though by the means test i am not for JSA?

Also would i be eligible for a grant?

Any help at all would be fantastic thank you

for btea, talk to social welfare

for the grant, check if your elligable on studentfinance.ie
