Replace battery in Macbook Pro

My Macbook Pro is telling me I need to replace the battery. How much should I expect to pay for the battery and fitting of same. Prices online seem to vary dramatically. Advice would be appreciated. :D

This is a built-in battery, yeah? An Apple Authorised Service Provider should do it for €129 including labour.
