What age did you go on your first holiday with a girlfriend?

Weirdly enough I know a girl who was 16 that went with her fella who was 17 and his parents to Tenerife.

Some people I know saw this as being over the top but I think it was ok.

I was meant to go to stone henge for some pagen festival with someone when I was 17. He broke up with me the week before going and still expected me to be fine and dandy about attending with him....

Pre Celtic tiger, so wasn't exactly flush in cash until I had my first job out of College. Worse holiday ever, first & last time I ever did a package holiday... *cringe* Ended up in a crappy room right over an Irish bar where the bed would vibrate to the base underneath.

back when i was 20, me, her, her parents, her sister and her fella all sharing a house in Donegal. Worst holiday i ever had, needless to say we broke up shortly after that.

Went with an ex as part of a group when we we're 21, the following year just the two of us aged 22.

Both holidays we're pretty decent really.

Went to Marbella with OH when i was 18, for two weeks. Still together 6 years later.

I was 21 she was 22. Went to Turkey. Relaxing Sun holiday. Was good but was the last sun holiday we ever did, after that it was all back packing type holidays. Much better but a little more stressful. It'll be hard to find another girl as willing to go on a holiday were we just booked flights and left the rest up to fate. Most girls seem to think booking accommodation in advance is essential. So high maintenance. :pac:

When I was 19 I went to London with my girlfriend, but that was for one night to see a band so I wouldn't call it a holiday really.

When I was 21 I went to Prague with a different girlfriend, and we've been on three or four more since, all very good.

Just turned 15. Been with her for 5 months and mam ended up booking a late holiday in the same package as her family. Same bus, flight and hotel. Some amount of riding in the Alcudia sea.
