Bought this 12gauge s/a shotgun last year for ducks, pigeon etc but haven't used it yet other than to put 10 cartridges through it the day I collected it to test. Paid €1200 for it, it's been in the safe since then not used. Looking for €600 for it no offers it's basically brand new full realtree camo from barrel to stock. Beautiful gun. Currently in John O'Briens (Waterford angling and outdoor) for sale and can be viewed there. I interested pm me for details, I'll try get a picture or two up on this later today.

    Only picture i have

Aware of the issue, second time it happened, someones tryin to make a quick buck off me i think. Will be taking the gun back on the 14th when i get down and moving it somewhere else for the price i told from the start €600. Sorry for the hassle to anyone who went to look, id say he thinks he can make the €800 and hand me the €600 happy out with 200 in his pocket. Sickener is if he did the deal for me at €600 i would have thrown him a few bob for the favour, and id say he'd have taken it too. Sorry again lads, what can i say other than what i want for the gun is €600 and thats it. Will be moved up to the lads in Griffin and Hawe in the next two weeks or so to try get someone honest to sell it for me.

243xpress, If your mate is still interested and isnt completely pissed off give me a pm and ill give you my mobile number for him to ring me and sort it out over the phone.

Yeah i will pass on the message to him.Bad form out of the Dealer to be trying this sort of thing.I certainly wont darken his door again.Plenty of other honest dealers out there who deserve our hard earned euros..

In fairness you can't expect a dealer to sell a gun for nothing or even 50 quid. The way I look at it is why would the dealer sell it when he could sell one of his own s/a to the client and make a nice profit and also improve his cashflow. Selling a gun out of dealers generally dosen't work well as he will sell his own guns first!
Op good luck with the sale it's a great price but forget about dealers!

in fairness he's not supposed to be treatin it as part of his stock, i only asked him to put it in the safe as i didnt want to be showin it at my home as the security risks are too big. I know the lad with the last ten years at least and the father knows him even longer, he knew i was stuck for money (and the reasons why) and we had both agreed that 600 was to be the price, he was happy to take it as he said he had no camo s/a's in stock so it wasnt going to compete with his own stock at all. he was doin me a favour and i had told him id look after him with a few bob when it sold for keepin it for me. I know what your sayin about dealers havin their own priorities and thats fair enough but we had an agreement and i believe you dont give a man your word and then go behind his back and be greedy costing him 2 potential sales.
anyhow onwards and lesson learned, someone buy it!!

    Hiya Scrappy,
The thread lists this gun as still being for sale. I might be interested. What's the story?

Rang Waterford angling this morning about this, he said it was sold, but he could source me a new one. I then went on to ask what other second hand semi autos they had, but he didn't seem interested in selling anything but new
