Problem with lock page

    RTE 1 has that locked page on it so I need to put in the pin all the time, is there a way to undo this?

    Sounds like the channel has been locked. Go into the guide,highlight RTE1,press the green settings button,highlight Lock/unlock channels,press OK and see if a lock symbol comes up against RTE1. If so,press yellow button and enter pin to unlock.

    Could someone else be doing it by accident? Happens in my house with the dishwasher all the time. And everytime I ask the people complaining about it "Well I didn't touch it". Well it didn't change program by itself... :rolleyes:

    a possibility but i dont think so, rte 1 all the time and in actual fact i sorted it out the other night with the tax man's help, i switched tv off, and i was the first person up next morning putting tv on to find that rte 1 was locked.
