Advice on good value restaurant in Cork city

    Hi,

    Just looking for advice on a decent but reasonable restaurant in Cork city for a Hen party of 20?!!!

    Any advice appreciated as do not know Cork city at all :)

    Hard to beat the strasburg goose on french church street, the owner is the chef ....I think........ 3 courses for 20 squid... if ya dont fancy a starter or desert ya can have a glass of vino instead, and the food is good.

    Zak's is good as well,two courses for 18e or 3 for 2oe and they have a bottle of house wine for 12e!!really nice staff too!
