I was driving out of Bunclody yesterday, around 4:30pm, well within the speed limit, on my side of the road, when approaching a left hand bend a car appeared around the bend from the other direction, at high speed, on my side of the road. He had cut the bend in a straight line. It happened so quickly all I could do was brake to slow and hit the horn. He hardly heard me, he was gone past so quick. But for the grace of god, 5 seconds faster and I would have met him on the bend head on. There was no hard shoulder. What are some people thinking when they drive like that
