Bootcamp: Windows XP Freezes when launched

Hi For some reason, lately Windows XP is Freezing when used with bootcamp I can get to the desktop but the mouse wont work and its freezes Anyone seen this and fixed it, the only option I have now is to do a full partition and install again Cheers
