Part-time IT degree??

Many years ago, I started a Degree course in Computing in Tallaght RTC, but dropped out after a year. Now that I've been working in IT for 15 years, I'm really feeling the lack of a degree when it comes to promotions/new opportunities, etc.

I'm now thinking about going back on a part-time basis, but all the courses I see seem to be quite Programming-based, which is what turned me off the first time. Can anyone recommend an IT (or IT + Business) part time degree with not so much programming in it?
Any other suggestions (especially about the part-time bit) appreciated too!

    Thanks in advance
