tank in hot press leaking

my hot water tank in the hot press is leaking there seems to be a hole in the tank down low there is a green/blue colour around it. I think it's just seized up i'm sure the tank is old, will i have to get a new tank and is it a big job? how much can i expect to pay?

a new tank will cost about 600 euro for supply and fit.
