    I would go with the Cayo. I'm actually buying one myself once the money clears into my credit card :)

    The Cayo has a very light frame and has BB30. Again it has full 105 and a decent set of wheels. All bikes come with a pretty standard set of wheels and is always best to change them down the line to a lighter set.

    The Cayo is a very nice frame and weighs in around 1150g so is very hard to beat. Even a Trek Madone 4.5 weights 8.8KG from the box. The Focus Cayo should be lighter then that.
