Decanting/filtering advice?

I have a turbowine brew going at the moment with about 6-7 weeks left to go and I'd like to make sure when I decant it'll filter all the yeast out. What kind of filter do I need to to this? I normally just pour into a 5L water bottle, should I siphon instead?

The wine kits supply all manner of chemicals for making the sediment drop out, isinglass and the like. I guess that's the only sure fire way of doing it.
