    Hi,

On my Audi A4 the electric window switch for the drivers side door is beginning tio act up. There seems to be to stages in lowering the window by switch:

    1. Press down switch to first stage, Window comes down till you remove finger(Not working)

    2. Press down Electric window switch fully down, Window goes all the way down automatically, while you remove your finger(Working).

The Switch seems faulty for Stage (1), I want to replace the switch, i was wondering can anyone tell me how to remove or access the switch?

The switch is incorporated into the handle of the door, Its a 03 1.9tdi Saloon car, Any advice greatly appreciated.

I pulled this from a forum:

By pulling trim 4 seen above, will i have access to the switch?
    Thanks

As far as I remember - the switch just pops out, you shouldnt need to take the trim off. If not then, follow this diy -> window reg removal

Btw I have a spare switch, if you interested ?
