noticed this weekend a problem with my HD channels, where they freeze for a second and then what looks like compression artifacts. The channels i've noticed it most on are the BBC's HD and Setanta HD.

Why i think it's compression artifacting is that when it happens on a frame, it's only on the part of the picture that is moving. During the formula one, whole frame for the most part was blocky and lots of motion and camera pans, but tonight on top gear you could have clarkson talking in the studio and the audience behind him, and only his head and arms would get blocky as he moved but the audience either side of him had no noticeable blockyness/picture breakup..

Anyone else having similar problems. Upc cable in the D4 area.
