I had set up a free dyndns account but it has been unactive and has expired but even though the account is not active the settings are still active. When i try to get on some sites it says that it is blocked by the dyndns blocker. How can i remove these settings?

You can manually revert your DNS settings. This is how to get there for XP.

Just select the "Obtain DNS server address automatically" option.

Did you change your router to use the DynDNS servers? That might explain it..
