nike shox or other thick heeled runners

Has anybody seen Nike Shox for sale in Dublin - I'm a size 5 and have tried lots of the sports shops around but they said they are not popular due to the expensive price so have stopped supplying them

Failing that, I am looking for a runner with a thick heel - my calf muscles have shortened through my love of high heels and my legs cramp in the gym when I wear flat runners, I have found the shox and an insert into my heel area in the shoe work.

My physio said that its pointless trying to fix me because my legs are used to the heels and I will not stop wearing them.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated :)
