price of a 2nd hand ps 3

    have the opportunity to buy a four year old playstation 3 , its has 200 gb hdd , 1 gamestop controller and a bluetooth ear set

    games included are


    ghost recon 2
    black opps
    dirt 2
    resident evil 5
    valkyria chronicles
    chronicles of riddick , dark athena

    price = 200 euro

    is this reasonable or am i foolish to buy anything like a playstation second hand

    Make sure you play it working before you buy it.
    If you hear any excessive fan noise, walk away.
    A PS3 is pretty much whisper quiet.

    The prices seems ok, just be weary of the Gamestop controller, they're terrible

    Be very careful of its a FAT type PS3 it could likely get YLOD, as I had a 60gb Orginal Launch Model PS3 which was the FAT one and it got YLOD after about 3 years, so I had to buy a PS3 slim, so if its not a Slim PS3, I would be very warey to be honest with ya.

    You can say that for any PS3 tbh, I have a launch PS3 and its never giving me a minute of trouble over the last 4/5 years!

    My PS3 has never been moved from the position that it's in now since I bought it and in it's in a very well ventilated area. I always believe those factors have an impact on the longevity of a PS3

    Same for mine, did everything to keep it going, but it died after the 3 year mark :(
