Only heard about this http://www.irishfestivalofspeed.com/yesterday after seeing an ad for it on Donedeal. Looks like it might be interesting?
    What do you think?

I saw that too,so I filled in the 'expression of interest' form for the classic car exibits and sent it off as an email.
There is a seperate form for admission payment, tenner if you pay on line as opposed to fifteen on the gate.
Just wondering do exibitors have to pay this too?

Will you have to have a 'speedy' car to exibit?

Seems to be the way these days, which is a bit much, even a reduced rate would be better as after all people are coming to see the cars provided by the exhibitors

    Hi IFS,

Having spent a wonderful day at the Goodwood Festival of Speed recently, I hope the Irish one proves as enjoyable and successful as that did.

    The very best of luck.
    regards
    Rob

I remember thinking of the UK one that if something was similarly named in Ireland it would ( a ) be banned by Uncle Gaybo ( b ) be plagued by halfwits with huge exhausts doing doughnuts in the car park.

I sincerely hope neither occurs ( although I could care less what Gaybo thinks )

What, no diffing competition?! What about metallic Haanda Ciiivics with enormous bore pipes! What kinda of speed festival is that!!
    I'm just joking!
Looks like this will be a good day out, nice to see it down south too, not much of this caliber happens down here.
    Pray for sunshine!! :)
