Why are we not allowed air thoughts on moderation?

Article 19 of the UN declaration of human rights states,

"Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."

So why are these untouchables so protected here ? It's like the chinese are running this site at times !

You can discuss moderation in the appropriate forums under the Sys menu.

Someone more helpful usually provides links, but I am not arsed this time.

Yes I entirely agree with you and hear you. The human right to express your thoughts, feelings and opinions here in an honest, respecful and peaceful way are not given. They don't do democracy here and many of them don't know what democracy is so how could there be fairness. They make they own rules; if they don't agree with something you said or don't like you or for what ever reason they will warn you and banned you later.
It's exactly like communism. I think it's because they don't know what fairness and justice is.
