Have just sold my bike and am in the process of building my own which will take a few weeks. Would any kind soul lend me a training bike that I could use on the turbo just to keep up the fitness levels? doesn't have to be anything special, just something I can stick on the trainer and do an hour on a few times a week.

Teanga na síoga. If I were you, I'd hop around your house on one leg three times while saying the rosary. You don't want to get on the wrong side of those mad bastards.
