    Hi all,

when i try to view a video on Facebook that someone has shared i can see the video open and play but the Adobe Player settings dialog box appears asking to deny or agrre to info being stored on my pc; if i click deny, nothing happens - same if i click agree - the box covers most of the player screen making it impossible to view - what is the problem / solution?

    Regards

I don't use Facebook so if there's a solution that end maybe someone else may know but whenever I have a problem with Flash I just delete (Add and Remove programs) and re-install.

Post up a screenshot of what you see, video and all. We'll see what the window says, and can rule out it being a forgery.

    Update it recently?

Right click inside a flash video > Settings > disable Hardware Acceleration.
